Research summary

Structure, function and interaction network of proteins involved in neurodegenerative and in synaptic diseases (intellectual disease and epilepsy).

Bioinformatic methods, recombinant protein production, protein and enzyme biochemical characterization, affinity purification of protein complex from cell and tissue lysates, analysis of complex protein mixture by mass spectrometry, immunofluorescence and colocalization studies.
