Stefano Sbrignadello received the M.Sc degree in Biological Sciences (Molecular Biology specialization) from University of Padova, the Ph.D. in Medical, Clinical and Experimental Sciences (Diabetological Sciences Curriculum) from University of Padova Medical School, and a post lauream Master in Nutrition Sciences from Unitelma Sapienza, Rome.

His research interest deals with: 1) Clinical nutrition research for metabolic and neurodegenerative disorders 2) bioimpedance applications in physiological fluids, and in body composition analysis 3) metabolic disorders (use of math models for assessment of physiological parameters).
